A Business Development Manager is required to create regional growth through current and new business contracts, supplying passenger transport solutions. This varied role will supply public and private sector contracts so a diverse approach and excellent account management will create continuous opportunities and referrals.
With a supportive and proactive team in marketing, management and operations, you will work together to find the best leads for you to approach, lead the end to end deal process and negotiate complex bespoke contracts.
From sales to launch you will support the service team to ensure the best promised service.
This is a field sales role, based from the Leeds office you will cover the Yorkshire area. Therefore, you will need a full driving licence and your own vehicle. A car allowance is provided.
We are looking for:
- Experience in selling service solutions to businesses
- Experience in presenting and delivering service solutions to businesses
- Great commercial awareness
- Ability to negotiate complex and competitive yet profitable deals
- A positive and motivational approach to communication and team work
- Excellent numerical skills and ability to create complex contracts through templates
