Real Estate Solicitor (Projects), Cambridge - 1+ PQE - A leading Legal 500 rated practice is looking to recruit an additional Real Estate Solicitor into their highly rated team in Cambridge
JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor (Projects) PQE: 1+ PQE LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: £DOE
THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and growing team and deal with a full and varied caseload of real estate matters. As the appointed Real Estate Solicitor, you will be gaining exposure to a broad and challenging caseload as well as supporting members of the projects team on development and infrastructure projects for both the public and private sector as well as investment related matters. The workload will include some high-profile and high-value projects which covers a range of sectors including charities, higher education and government. Responsibilities will be dependent on level of experience and you will be either assisting the partners or handling your own caseload of matters.
THE CANDIDATE: You will have at least 1 years PQE in dealing with real estate (development / investment) matters and be looking for a supportive and encouraging environment where you can broaden and develop your expertise within this area of law. Solicitors or Legal Executives looking for a challenging and interesting caseload covering a variety of sectors as well as areas of law including procurement construction, commercial contracts and finance to name but a few areas of law are encouraged to apply.
