Litigation Solicitor - Claims Against Public Authorities
Sheffield
A well-regarded South Yorkshire firm are looking for a civil litigator to join their civil actions and public law team in their Sheffield office. They would prefer a qualified solicitor however they will consider all applicants with relevant experience.
As the successful candidate you will have experience pursuing police complaints, claims against public authorities, inquests, and judicial review. You will be familiar with assessing clients for Legal Help and completing CCMS applications as well as CFAs, ATE and private client work. Experience of undertaking file reviews and supervision in line with the CAPA supervisor standard would be an advantage.
