Head of Services

Compaid supports over 1,600 disabled, older or otherwise vulnerable people in and around Kent to overcome social, digital and economic exclusion. This new role will oversee the delivery of our direct services in digital skills training and accessible transport, with line management responsibility for our service leads. Working closely with our Chief Executive, you will ensure our services are delivered to a high quality, monitoring their social impact and identifying new service users and service development opportunities. You will be an experienced service manager with strong problem solving and people management skills, and passionate about helping individuals to realise their full potential.
