DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES About the role

As the Account Director you will own the reseller relationships within Exclusive Networks for up to 5 of our largest accounts. It will be essential to develop a deep and wide knowledge of the customer and Exclusive Networks to drive healthy business relationships.

Within this role you will proactively meet and consult with customers to implement and execute business plans covering Commercial, Technical and Marketing objectives, to increase spend with Exclusive Networks. Whilst articulating the business challenges Cyber Security presents to organisations, while endorsing specific technologies to combat the issues.

As the Account Director, you will:

Develop and maintain relationships with the sales and renewals teams and key customer stakeholders
Identify opportunities to increase sales: Increase sales of existing vendor products
Review renewals to identify upsell opportunities
Introduce new complimentary technology to increase sales
Promote and sell Exclusive Group functions (Exclusive Capital, ITEC, Global capabilities (shipping and others)
Promote and sell Exclusive Networks Branded support and services
Liaise with Vendor and Customer representatives to develop the overall business and specific opportunities
Utilise expert resources (Training and Marketing) available to deliver specific onsite activities promoting revenue growth
Deliver accurate business reporting (forecasting, meeting reports, follow up actions)
Work closely with aligned internal resources to maximise customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE About you

The ideal Account Direct will:

Have IT distribution experience – Cyber Security experience would be highly desirable
Minimum 3 years' experience within proactive IT Distribution sales, both New Business and Account Management
An engaging and charismatic candidate with excellent people and relationship management skills
Articulate, driven and target orientated with a desire to succeed
Work well under pressure, bring new ideas to the table and thinks outside of the box
Be a supportive mentor, keen to use previous experience to work on problems and help develop skills.
Excellent presentation skills
have full, valid Driving License
be willing to travel to client site and for events
