We are currently recruiting for a Director of Partnerships & Client Solutions to develop and execute a revenue–focused business development strategy to align with the mission and objectives of a highly respected investment firm.

As Director of Partnerships & Client Solutions you will work with colleagues globally to identify and prioritise opportunities, problem solve and execute deals.

Your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Work in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders to develop the strategy and deliver the business development and relationship management agenda that increases educational opportunities for members and the financial community across the region.
  • Responsible for understanding the regulatory, investment industry, and cultural contexts of markets within this role's portfolio.
  • Represent the firm in front of diverse stakeholders to support society and the companies outreach efforts to employers, universities and regulators.
  • Working in partnership with local societies, ensure strategic development plans are in place for each market, with more robust plans for priority markets including target constituents and measurable revenue and non–revenue objectives.
  • Think, act, and communicate as a member of the team, tracking, sharing and keeping up–to–date all relevant activity and opportunities in the CRM system.

Experience & education required for the role:

  • Minimum 7–10 years' experience in the investment industry, not for profit environment or professional membership organisation.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Comfortable networking and actively building personal relationships at the senior industry practitioner / c–suite level and senior society staff. Experience in the learning & development space among financial institutions preferred.
  • Significant experience of managing client relationships required.

Please note there is around 40% travel for this role.
