Corporate Finance Manager - Treasury

Key Responsibilities:

Support the funding of our client in the debt capital markets
Ensure the Group is not exposed to liquidity and refinancing risks
Maintain Debt Covenant Compliance
Advise the Head of Treasury on optimal debt strategy
Prepare long term cash flows and covenant forecasts
Prepare presentations for lenders and rating agencies
Monitor and maintain credit ratings position and forecasts
Prepare ad hoc debt performance reports for management
Support Middle Office and Dealing team on debt interest and principal payments

Requirements:

Minimum AMCT or ACCA/CIMA qualification
Regulatory environment experience preferred
Minimum 5+ years in Treasury with 3+ years in a corporate finance role required
Experience in managing EMTN, USPP and Bank Loans/Facility financing's
Highly numerical with a scientific or economics degree
Ability to work well in a team but also be able to deliver objectives without requiring significant support
