Location: Leicester Based – UK Wide Remit

Salary: 80,000 + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Group Financial Controller for our client's main dealer group, with their Head Office in the Leicester area.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Group Financial Controller or Divisional Financial Controller to work for fantastic company, super brands and a really strong finance team across the group.

Role:

We are looking for someone with either Group FC/Accountant experience or someone with Divisional experience, running the accounts functions for multiple sites, with accountants/FC's reporting in to them.

We are looking for an exceptional talent, someone who is not just 'an accountant' but someone with drive and passion for the role and industry and someone who can lead 'senior people'.

The right person must be a confident individual who has the ability to take on a successful finance operation across the country. You will be a real leader, someone who can nurture and develop a well–established team and take the departments to the next level.

You must have a solid career history and be able to demonstrate successes, regular achievement and over–achievement of targets set YOY and be able to back up any claims.

Someone who has been in a role with 5+ sites under their remit is preferable, not essential.

Requirements:

– We are looking for a proven and established Group FC or Divisional FC from a a motor trade background
– Must be a confident, driven and dynamic manager, someone who can really engage a spread out team.
– Must be strong with your numbers – someone who always has their finger on the financial pulse.
– Full UK Driving Licence.
