The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a truly outstanding commercial property team as a Residential & Commercial Development Partner– based predominantly from home.
The firm is renowned across the North of England for its Commercial Property offering– continuously ranking in the high tiers of the Legal500 annually. The commercial property team has an established commercial client base that stretches across the entire nation – acting on behalf of several national housebuilders, investors, institutional landlords and housing associations.
The ideal candidate will have a broad background in Residential and Commercial Development and will have previous managerial experience – primarily in developing and growing teams in line with the wider direction of the commercial property offering and firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Commercial Property Solicitor/Partner to join a prestigious Commercial Property team and take the reins of an established residential and commercial development offering and team.

- A Senior Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner
- An in–depth understanding of residential and commercial development
- Previous experience managing and developing commercial property teams
- Excellent organisation and time–management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
- Salary offered up to GBP125,000 per annum + performance bonus (circa GBP25,000)
