Talent Acquisition Partner
12 Month FTC
Salary 30,000 Per Annum plus car allowance (circa 3,500 per annum)
Location – Birstall or Nelson (2 to 3 days a week onsite, remote working after that
You will oversee responsibility for ensuring that methods of attracting, selecting, and recruiting candidates remain competitive and vibrant. Seeking creative solutions to proactively source candidates from alternative sources. Running specialised recruitment campaigns, attending careers events and utilising social media to ensure creative methods of candidate attraction
Responsibilities:
Support more junior team members, ensuring candidates are moved along the process in a timely manner.
Build key stakeholder relations within the People and the L&D team, company team managers and all company employees.
Keep all relevant recruitment information up to date
Develop ideas to ensure that we are an employer of choice in the market
Keep up to date with salary surveys and advising hiring managers regarding the labour market.
Assist in writing job descriptions, advertisements and utilise our applicant tracking system/job boards effectively.
Support with candidate interviews and advising hiring managers in terms of compliance and employment legislation.
Manage the communication with the hiring managers, candidates and any relevant third parties, including scheduling interviews, delivering feedback, making offers and confirming start dates.
Assist with large scale recruitment projects, events, and campaigns
To manage the PSL to ensure we are getting the best service.
Skills & Qualifications:
Positive attitude, energy, and a conscientious approach to work: willing to get involved at all levels to deliver outstanding results.
Proven team player
Must have demonstrable experience of recruiting at all levels as well as having strong interviewing and interpersonal skills with a disciplined approach to systems and administration.
Ability to think creatively, flexibly and resourcefully to define new means of candidate attraction via social media, recruitment campaigns, assessment centres and careers events.
Excellent working knowledge of Employment Law within recruitment and right to work.
Proven interview technique including formulation of competency–based questions.
Proven capabilities in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
Experience of working in a fast–paced environment
Well organised.
Ability to work flexibly, with initiative and be adaptable in a continuously evolving environment.
A natural and effective communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to build credible relationships quickly and influence all levels.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and respond to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to initiate action and influence others.
Ability to make sound judgements fairly and equitably
