Our client is seeking a driven NQ-6 PQE solicitor to join their highly experienced, leading Banking, Restructuring & Insolvency department in their South West team, in either their Bristol or Exeter office. Your New Role

For your new role, you will join an established and experienced Banking, Restructuring & Insolvency team in the South West. Being a part of this team will see you act for banks, asset-based lenders, financial institutions, trade financiers, development finance institutions, alternative lenders, impact funds, borrowers and other stake holders in a multitude of banking and finance matters. This will likely include support on the financial components of commercial property, corporate finance and banking transactions, and projects and infrastructure. You will become part of a team that is renowned for undertaking complex and high-value work, particularly in impact investment and private wealth on a domestic and internal basis, unique for the South West market.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need to have between NQ-6 years PQE with a background in working in a Banking and/or Finance team. Our client is also open to considering candidates who have gained this experience in a Corporate or Private Client department. You will need to have good experience in the sectors where our client has established a strong national reputation, such as Impact Investing, Real Estate, Sustainable Economy, Private Wealth, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, and International. Ideally, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. You will be confident, driven and motivated to make a difference for your clients, your department, and your own personal development. You will need to display a proactive, commercial and professional approach to work, consistently show your initiative, and be an innovative thinker with a strong enthusiasm to reach your goals and commitments.
