Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor/Associate with 2-5 years PQE to join their growing Banking & Finance specialist team in Bristol. Our client is a longstanding and well-established firm, advising a multitude of businesses and clients throughout construction, local government, energy & resource management, financial services and higher education. Your New Role
Your new role will see you join a team of Banking & Finance specialists at a leading UK firm. You will act for a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors, including property development, social housing, healthcare, education, and local authority. This role will require you to hit the ground running as you will be expected to get stuck into a large mix of high-quality work across different sectors. Your new team regularly advises on high-value and complex transactions ranging from large and small corporate entities, local authorities, housing associations, charities and property developers. You will join a firm that is ranked in the top tiers for social housing, healthcare and local authority work by Legal 500 and Chambers. The role will also see you act for banks and large institutional investors on a regular basis. You will be expected to work in conjunction with other departments at the firm, such as property, governance, corporate, and construction.
What You'll Need to Succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have between 2-5 years PQE with prior experience in Banking and Finance, although it is not necessary to have any specific sector experience. To truly succeed, you will need to be a team-player, displaying a keen drive and ambition to contribute to the continued growth of your new department. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to advise clients on a full range of banking matters and transactions from beginning to end. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and a drive to consistently deliver an exceptional service to your clients.
