Fantastic opportunity for a Probate lawyer to join their wider Legal 500-ranked Private Client team which is one of the biggest practice groups within this Top 50 law firm.

This specialist Probate team provide top-quality advice in all matters relating to probate and estate administration, including but not limited to: obtaining details of the deceased's assets and liaising with financial advisors in this regard, drafting inheritance tax returns/supplementary schedules and liaising with HMRC, grants of probate, letters of administration, overseas administration, updating estate accounts, preparing relevant paperwork to allow for the collection/transfer of the deceased's assets, helping the Private Property team with property-related matters, arranging payments to beneficiaries, income tax returns and other day-to-day probate-related administration.

The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified or working towards this qualification, plus hold a good understanding of this area of law. You will be dealing with a range of HNW clients so will need to be a confident individual with fantastic interpersonal skills, plus great attention to detail.
