Business Development Manager – Driving/Industrial/Engineering Technical Recruitment Sectors

Basic Salary – Up to 40,000 + Uncapped Bonus Payments + Executive Car or Car Allowance & Excellent Benefits Package

The Role

  • Growing my clients Industrial, Driving Logistics and Engineering/Technical business throughout the whole of the East Midlands region through telephone, face to face sales and building long term client relationships
  • Working across their Midlands branches
  • Responsible for selling my clients superior staffing solutions to large temp users
  • Writing and presenting tenders
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager

What my client is looking for?

  • Extensive recruitment sales experience is essential , ideally within the logistics, industrial / driving or Engineering and Technical sectors
  • Proven experience in consistently exceeding sales targets and negotiating high level contracts.
  • Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities across a large area of the country
  • Tenacity and resilience – able to keep going even when under pressure and facing tough situations.
  • Confident to present high level pitches to senior executives.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to learn and succeed.
  • Own car and driving licence are essential.
