An exciting role has opened up with a regional main contractor operating out of the midlands who have an excellent reputation for delivering projects of a high standard.

This contractor has a 120 million turnover with projects ranging from 5 – 20m and are growing due to the demand from their current customer base.

The Role

My client is looking for a Project Manager on a 10 million student accommodation scheme in Nottingham. The ideal candidate should have experience managing projects of a similar value with a main construction contractor.

• You will be responsible for all health & safety on site.
• Manage all quality inspections.
• Be ambitious and driven to achieve deadlines.
• Main construction contractor experience.
• Experience managing projects of at least 6m
• Manage cost, quality, and time of the project with minimal support.

Benefits

You will have the opportunity to earn up to 72k basic salary per year with pay–reviews occurring on a 6–month basis. The package also includes a car/car allowance, private healthcare, and an invitation into the company pension scheme.
