Project Manager

Our client is a leading main contractor who work on new builds, refurbishments and extensions within education, healthcare, leisure, and commercial sectors working on major projects. Due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team! This position would be primarily based in Cumbria working on the Sellafield site!

Ideal candidate:

• Will have previously worked on a mixture of new build and refurbishment schemes.
• Able to show initiative.
• Be confident and ambitious.
• Open to working weekends (if necessary)

Duties:

• Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
• Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.
• Quality control.
• Direct line management for Site Managers.
