Our client is a top tier full-service law firm in Thames Valley. The firm's office in Reading is seeking a senior Court of Protection Solicitor who is seeking to take that next step towards Partnership.

As the Court of Protection Senior Associate Solicitor, you will work as a director of the firm's trust corporation, and as professional deputy/trustee.

You will attend annual review meetings, investment meetings and site/adaptation meetings throughout England and Wales be supported by the fee earners and you will have your own client relationships where they will act as decision maker.

The ideal candidate:

• Will have significant experience in managing high value court of protection matters particularly with clients in receipt of large compensation awards where they will work closely with the firm's clinical negligence team

You will be responsible for:

• Acting in cases that are still litigating and post-settlement
• Dealing with statutory Will applications and drafting expert reports
• Managing the team

To be considered for this Court of Protection Senior Associate Solicitor role, you will be qualified 8+ years' PQE and have a track record in Court of Protection work.
