A newly created opportunity has arisen for an ambitious associate solicitor, circa 3 years' post qualification upwards, to join this established commercial real estate team at a growing Legal 100 firm in Bristol.
The department has a specific client base ranging from national retailers to large regional businesses, and you will be supporting on transactional due diligence and management work (landlord side) around the client's retail property portfolio with a strong focus on landlord and tenant work for retail clients.
You'll develop strong relationships with these clients and work collaboratively with them, providing innovative solutions. There will be much cross over with the planning, construction and property disputes departments.
