Our client is a national firm, highly regarded for its real estate work and are market leaders in their field.
Real Estate Development Solicitor - Reading - £65,000 - £75,000
The Property Development team works with national PLC Housebuilders who provide and exceptional service in all aspects of development work.
Their work includes unconditional and subject to planning acquisitions, strategic options, collaborations, joint ventures and partnership working, as well as parcel disposals and sales on to registered providers and build to rent investors.
The firm are now seeking a qualified Solicitor with 2+ Years PQE, an understanding of Real Estate law, and in particular development work, and demonstrable the ability to work very closely with an array of clients.
The successful candidate will be working alongside a large Partner lead team within the wider Thames Valley real estate team.
Salary is competitive and includes benefits of hybrid working policy and a year-on-year Bonus scheme.
