TIER 2 EDUCATION TEAM
This top 70 UK law firm is looking for an experienced Ecclesiastical Solicitor to join their highly ranked Education. Over all the team cover a wide range of Education related matters and they are looking to expand in the area of Ecclesiastical law.
This area involved education advice for the Church of England Diocesan Boards of Education and Diocesan Multi-Academy Trusts. Each component part of the Diocese requests legal advice. Within this role, you would be responsible for advice relating to clergy discipline, consistory Court Hearings, land and property mattes, mergers and restructuring, parish reorganisations, charities (restricted funds and permanent endowment) as well as schemed and Orders under the Mission, Pastoral Measure 2011 and other related matters.
This role would be ideal for an Ecclesiastical solicitor looking to be part of a supportive team and a firm that is invested in providing progression opportunities.
In order to be considered you will need to be on the Diocese registrar with strong experience in this area.
