Real Estate Senior Associate/Director - 5+ years PQE
Real Estate Senior Associate/Director -Manchester
The Real estate team of this international firm are looking an experienced commercial property lawyer with experience in the logistics sector to further grow the area within the team. You will lead on complex, market leading transactions specifically in the logistics sector. Have end-to-end responsibility for a caseload of transactions - specifically acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant lease negotiations. As well as management and training of junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will work directly with a Real Estate Partner and develop their own relationships with and ultimately becoming a trusted adviser to the team's clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, award-winning firm. The salary on offer is fantastic, as is the progression offered in this role. The firm have embraced flexible / hybrid working and a range of working patterns can be discussed.
The salary for this role is very competitive with the current market and can offer between £60,000- £90,000 DOE.
