Residential Property Solicitor - 2-5 years PQE
Associate - Residential Property (2-5 PQE) - Liverpool - Permanent
We are working with a phenomenal Top 100 firm who are looking to add to their strong real estate team with the addition of a residential property solicitor.
Their Real Estate team has a diverse range of clients including national operators in the logistics, automotive and retail sectors; property developers and investors; FCA registered friendly societies; and many more.
They're offering you the opportunity to join a supportive and collegiate team and to gain access to top level industry training. They have a unique approach to providing legal services and work with market leaders and the best in the industry, all whilst providing a supportive work environment where you will work collaboratively towards a shared vision.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's PQE up to a more senior level, with a good technical background and commercial awareness, previous experience in all areas of residential conveyancing, working knowledge of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol and the UK Finance Lender Handbook.
