The Role

You will be working with top tier in-house lawyers, advising key stakeholders and the various divisions on all data privacy issues. The Senior Data Privacy Lawyer, who this position reports to, describes the team as being highly visible with all non-legal teams, advising on a range of Data Protection matters including:

- DPAs, DSAs, SARs and IDTAs
- Advising on Data Protection matters across all commercial contracts
- Working on IT matters, such as e-marketing and cookies

The successful applicant will work as part of the DP team to investigate any issues, create and embed new policies and advise the business on any changes to regulatory guidance and enforcement actions.
