Our client is an ever–evolving print services group, they have begun making inroads into the print management sector with considerable success. Due to the sheer growth and the success of this new division they need a new account director to join the team.
They are looking for a future–vision–motivated individual to drive the growth of our print management division to become a key revenue division of the business. Combining your print management industry expertise and proven sales & client relationship track record, you will hit the ground running in this exciting multi–faceted role. Not only will you be promoting all aspects of print and associated services to new clients, but you will also identify unexploited print management opportunities within our existing client base.
They are looking for someone with experience in working closely with senior management, to align strategies and solutions of this division with other parts of the business, guiding long–term objectives to meet the needs and requirements. Outstanding communication skills are key to building solid relationships with clients and print suppliers.
This is a role that you can really take by the horns and make your own. It requires someone who relishes a challenge, with the drive and determination to make a big impact. As the key figure behind this division, you will become a highly prized asset to our mission in increasing market share and presence in the industry.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Provide clients with technical input and advice on print management projects.
Recommend and sell a full range of offline marketing products to new and existing clients
Expand the current print management offering through new product offerings
Pro–actively work hand in hand with clients to manage their overall print spend year on year
Taking briefs from clients and liaising with our procurement team and / or favourable suppliers directly
Implementing new methods and procedures into the division as required
Managing and monitoring objectives to meet key division SLA s predominantly around quality, delivery on time in full, sales & gross margin
Key attributes required:
A successful track record selling print management and associated products
Ability to create and build strong, long lasting client relationships
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Previous experience working in print management essential
Using your own initiative to enhance our client s experience collaborating with the company
Experience of V–Press, Salesforce & Tharstern MIS is desirable
