Bowland Recruitment have been retained by a well established Building Services Contractor to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager.
Full responsibility for 4.5 million (Mechanical HVAC) Office & Research Facility in Royston.
The program is tight. It's a cut & carve project.
10 big AHU , Boiler room ripout , Air Source Heat Pumps, Fire dampers, Splits to change , ductwork mods.
I need an experienced and confident PM that can take hold of the project and make it happen.
