KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead People Strategy through a period of growth,
• Develop a best in class and modern People Department through structure mapping, progress planning, recruitment strategy and L&D,
• Use data to inform decisions and focus on key metrics including engagement, retention, etc.
• Focus on long term strategy whilst maintaining day to day support,
• Manage HR team, supporting day to day operational support and team development and succession planning,
