We are keen to speak to lawyers with Commercial Contracts experience to join this established and highly reputable law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The successful applicants will work on a very wide variety of Commercial Contracts matters for commercial clients based across the country.
There is a technology focus to a lot of the work, including software licensing, SaaS and PaaS, as well as a strong pipeline of supply contracts, franchise agreements, agency and distribution agreements, and joint ventures. You do not need to have had previous experience of technology contracts to be considered.
You will have plenty of client contact and will be encouraged to get involved with business development.
The firm is friendly and supportive and there is no long-hours culture.
