Banking & Finance Lawyer - 3+

We have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious experienced Banking and Finance solicitor looking to for their next career move and the chance to work at a Legal 500-ranked Top 100 firm with a strong presence in the South West.

The team is well known for the complex and high-value work it undertakes, particularly in the area of impact investment and private wealth, both domestically and internationally. You will have the opportunity to get involved with a broad mix of banking, restructuring and insolvency work, reflecting the breadth of work and clients within the team.

The team prides itself in acting on behalf of some of the UK's largest banking corporations and finance houses, but also undertakes a lot of international social impact work (for example project finance work in Africa and other developing countries) meaning you will have the chance to get involved in some both meaningful and cross-border work. Plus, there is the opportunity to get involved with some finance work for HNW individuals.

The ideal candidate will have experience and a genuine interest in Banking & Finance work, having worked at a similar calibre of firm.
