A growing local authority based in North-West London is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join them on an initial three month basis.
The Role:
The local authority is looking to expand their team, so it is essential you have a track record of carrying a full and extensive planning caseload. The successful Planning Lawyer will be expected to have experience in the following areas:

- S.106 agreements
- S.278 agreements
- Attending planning committees- you will be required to attend once every 3 months
- CPO experience
The Offer:
- Candidates must be available on no more than two weeks' notice. The local authority is looking to pay between £40-60 per hour.
- You will be required to attend the office 2 days per week, with the remaining days working from home.
