Position: Project Manager

For the successful Project Manager, our client is offering.

1. Permanent position
2. Full–time
3. Salary GBP55,000 per annum
4. Company Van provided
5. 08.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday (Must be flexible due to projects)
6. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
7. Pension scheme at auto–enrolment rates
8. Ongoing training and career development
9. Immediate interviews and starts are available, however happy to wait for people with notice periods

Experience / Skills / Qualification for the Project Manager position;

1. At least 3 year s experience in managing complex construction projects – ESSENTIAL
2. Must be SMSTS certificated ESSENTIAL

What our client is looking for in a Project Manager.

1. Construction experience, enabling, RC work and Temporary works like crane mats, haul roads etc – ESSENTIAL
2. Must be able to read and write programs ESSENTIAL
3. Understands logistics and crane lifting ESSENTIAL
4. Must be organised, punctual, who can deal with clients and internal resources
5. Must be willing to travel and stay away from home if required – ESSENTIAL
6. Must have strong IT skills
7. The ability to monitor and control budgets
