Senior FMCG Project Manager Job in Ferndown

Our award–winning client are both creative and commercial They are recruiting a FMCG Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects, as well as support the Key Account Managers to meet, and exceed business and customer requirements, and ensuring the negotiation of production are managed on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior FMCG Project Manager:

• Lead on projects for new opportunities to support Business Development, Account Management, and Product Development as needed.
• Build accurate customer project budgets through negotiation or cost engineering with suppliers
• Create and manage arcuate project critical paths with internal and external stakeholders and solve any issues
• Ensure end to end processes are successfully and consistently managed to deliver projects for the customers and managing potential risks to minimise disruption and impact on the customer in the most cost–effective way
• Tendering of projects to suppliers

Skills and Experience Required

• A background working within FMCG and / or distribution
• Strong negotiator and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic and commercially aware
• Critical path management
• Organised and can prioritise workload
• Analytical and budget focused

Salary and Benefits:

• A salary of DOE per annum
• Monday to Friday working hours
• The role will involve international travel from time to time to attend retail trade fairs
