Business Analyst / Systems Analyst - Hybrid working

A Software Business Analyst / Systems Analyst is required for an international, market–leading business based in Coventry. They are in the process of launching a new enterprise scale application across their global customer base. They have a large product roadmap, adding new features and functionality to the platform over the next few years.

Your role will be critical to the success of the projects as you ll be responsible for gathering and defining any business requirements, providing analysis for the development teams to work their magic.

You will be the key interface between the operational teams and the development group working on the full lifecycle of the various projects from requirements gathering through to testing, and delivery into the live environment.

Skills/experience:

• Strong experience of Business Analysis on Software / Applications Development projects
• Focus on front end, UX/UI would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of liaising with both technical and non–technical people across the business
• Structured, procedure driven way of working with an analytical focus
