Talent Acquisition Partner – Fixed Term Contract

Yolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with a Leading and Local Financial Services company to find a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

This is what you'll be doing

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dynamic and fast paced Financial Services company in Cardiff on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will work closely with the wider HR and Talent Acquisition team to oversee the full recruitment cycle. You will also:

  • Support hiring managers in the creation and development of job specifications and adverts
  • Develop effective recruitment and selection processes, from initial contact to onboarding of candidates
  • Research and present new and suitable avenues for recruitment, initiatives and recruitment methods
  • Develop and enhance the business and its branding on various social media channels and platforms
  • Work closely with, and support various hiring managers on the talent acquisition processes, focussing on best practices and inclusive recruitment
  • Attend networking events, recruitment fairs and webinars to maintain up to date industry and market knowledge
  • Support and manage various recruitment campaigns and events, both internal and external
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement innovative recruitment practices, and keep them informed and up to date

The experience you'll bring to the team

As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll need to have experience working in a similar role and a passion for supporting both hiring managers and candidates, to ensure they have the best experience possible. You will also have:

  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels, including senior managers and stakeholders
  • Experience and desire to develop systems, initiatives and plans to attract new and different talent
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
  • The ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast paced and changeable environment
