Legal Counsel (Technology Sector) - Belfast

About the Legal counsel role:

A global market-leading business operating in the logistics and technology sectors seeks an additional Legal Counsel to join their established team of three, you will be the sole Legal Counsel working at the Belfast office initially, working closely with colleagues in Manchester.

You will benefit from new, purpose built offices and the role will give the successful lawyer varied, international experience.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will be involved with:

• Negotiation and drafting of multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts;
• Involvement in acquisitions, this business continues to grow across a number of sectors globally;
• Compliance and regulatory matters;
• Real estate work; and
• Employment matters.

The ideal Legal Counsel:

• This role would suit a lawyer from 3PQE+ coming from a commercial, corporate, real estate or employment background.
• Based in the Belfast office, this is a role for a lawyer who enjoys working closely with the wider business in person.
