Multi award winning firm is seeking a Property Dispute Associate/Senior Associate to join its ambitious and growing team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work with a quality firm with an excellent reputation and professional approachable practice. The Role
As a Property Dispute Associate/Senior Associate, you would:
- Have the opportunity to join a multi award winning firm that advises on a wide range of contentious property matters.
- Work with a dynamic market leading team dealing with exceptionally high quality work.
- Run and manage files and delegating to and supervise trainees, junior lawyers and Paralegals when appropriate.
- Advise on a wide range of contentious property matters; commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, strategic land transactions, adverse possession, private rights of way, restrictive covenants, mortgage repossession, property related insolvency and leasehold enfranchisement.

The Candidate
To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE gained within a strong regional or City firm.
- A strong academic background.
- A high attention to detail to produce work/documentation which is to a high standard.
- An interest in and aptitude for business development.
- Advocacy skills.
- A good teamwork ethic.
