Commercial Litigation Partner - Oxford - £65,000 - £95,000
Recently voted as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for! Our client is a leading law firm with offices based in the South West, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and London.
The firm's Property Disputes team is highly regarded for undertaking a wide range of commercial litigation work.
Due to expansion, it is now looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner to join the Oxford office.
The ideal candidate will be required to closely work with neighbouring offices in achieving the Business Plan and growing the wider Disputes team in Oxford.
The work includes dealing with corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, partner disputes and contract disputes.
As the Senior Associate/Partner, you will be responsible for any dispute work in the Oxford office, working closely with a network of existing clients and with the wider commercial and property teams. You will manage a case load of commercial litigation work by demonstrating expertise and exceptional client service.
Together with strong technical legal expertise, the ideal candidate will also be a keen net worker and business developer. Although not a prerequisite, you will enjoy mentoring more junior fee earners and have an appetite and enough drive to grow the business and move it forward.
