Planning & Construction Solicitor - Birmingham
This is a new opportunity for a planning and construction solicitor to join a leading and growing Planning team in Birmingham.
The firm is known for its supportive culture, agile working and career development opportunities from the outset.
Your caseload will involve a variety of planning matters for both private and public sector clients including strategic residential projects, infrastructure projects and highways CPOs. You will also be offered an opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider team on providing commercial planning advice and guidance. Within this role, there may be some travel depending on the projects you undertake.
You will ideally be a solicitor with over 2 years of experience in CPO matters and drafting of section 106 agreements. If you are a team player with great technical ability, excellent organisational skills and a commercial mind, do not miss out on this opportunity!
