A prestigious, ever–expanding, and award–winning Marketing Organisation are currently looking for a Marketing Account Director to join their head office in Cirencester.

Are you experienced within a fast–paced environment with a proven track record of commercial management, focusing on organic client growth and being that key link between business and consumer?

Within this Marketing Account Director position, you with have the proven ability to create full brand experiences both on and offline, with in depth knowledge around leveraging data into journey mapping, touchpoint, and channel optimisation.

To excel within this role as a Marketing Account Director, you will be well versed in digital, native advertising, data planning and management knowledge, whilst also having sound knowledge around financial reporting.

This role would suit an individual from a Client Relationship Manager, Client Director, or Client Partnership Manager background.

Your Duties as a Marketing Account Director:

  • Responsible for the overall day to day management and running of the account teams.
  • Leveraging data and insight into journey mapping, channel and touchpoint optimisation and creation of full brand experiences both on and offline.
  • Optimise organic client growth, realising potential opportunities and capitalising.
  • Accountable for the day–to–day commercial management.
  • Oversee the financial management process.
  • Lead new business pitches, and delivery upon the strategic approach.
  • Optimise the use of online channels through digital, display, native advertising, social media.
  • Using CRM and data planning/management knowledge daily.
  • Work in tandem with clients, challenging briefs where possible, providing a consultative nature to results in better output overall.
  • Work with agility and flexibility across multiple business areas, making smart decisions.

Being the right Marking Account Director:

  • Able to demonstrate a competence around leveraging data and insight into journey mapping, channel and touchpoint optimisation and creation of full brand experiences both on and offline.
  • Able to demonstrate strong proven agency management and leadership skills across multiple business areas.
  • A proven track record in organic client growth.
  • Up to date with online channels namely digital, display, native advertising, social media, and strong CRM expertise.
  • Comfortable working in a fast–paced environment.
  • Familiar with the financial management process as this will be a key part of the role.
  • Strong knowledge of all elements involving financial reporting namely forecasting, managing retainer/client budget with the ability to translate revenue and numbers into efficient team planning and resourcing requirements.
