Operations Director – Recruitment Basic to 90,000 DOE Leicestershire

Exceptional and rare opportunity for a senior manager/director to join a successful established Recruitment Agency to support with their exciting growth plans.

Our client a successful Recruiter with a National network of branches has asked FW Recruitment to source and an experienced successful Operations Director capable of commanding the respect of their highly successful specialist team and leading them through the next stage in the company's development.

To be considered for this position you must have a proven track record of leading, developing and growing successful teams.

You will be joining a dynamic and stable leadership team, with responsibility to lead the strategical and tactical delivery of the service proposition through the Branch Network and ensure that relevant performance, leadership and compliance indicators are maintained in line with company standards and deliverables.

The Ideal Candidate will have:–

Experience of the Driving & Industrial Recruitment sector

Experience in growing and developing a team

A proven track record of growing a market leading team

A visionary strategic approach

On offer:

Excellent basic salary + uncapped OTE circa 120,000
