Senior Private Client Solicitor - Cheshire
An opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join an established team within a North West leading firm at a senior level.
THE FIRM
Established over 20 years ago
Cheshire based offering a range of legal services to business and personal clients nationally
Combining modern technology with traditional values and experience
THE ROLE
Assisting the Head of Department on a varied caseload with secretarial support, deputising for the HOD in their absence
Handling files to include wills, probate, powers of attorney and estate planning
Take an active role in the continuing growth and development of the department, actively seeking new business opportunities and attending networking events
Participation in delivering training workshops and seminars.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally 5 years + PQE
Experienced in handling a variety of private client matters
The Benefits:
Competitive basic salary
Discretionary bonus (after a successful probationary period)
29 days inclusive of bank holidays annual leave (this increases with length of service)
Death in service benefit
Pension
