I am currently working with a large organisation based in the City of London on the search for a Talent & Organisation Design Partner on a permanent basis.
Purpose of the role:
The Talent and Organisation Design Partner will be involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle, from ensuring that the proper organisational structure and people are in place to overseeing succession and talent management processes and effective workforce planning.
They will be fully responsible for the strategic approach and delivery of work force planning needs, and will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition specialists and the Organisation Development Partner to ensure that employees are effectively deployed across the organisation, maximising skills and talent. Assuring that the organisational structure and employee operating models are the best fit, and that compensation is aligned with current bench–marking.
