Job Title – Finance Business Partner
Location: Lewisham, SE6
Contract Type: Temporary Contract
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday (Agile working between office and home)
Rate: 275 – 290 per day

Our client are looking for a Finance lead responsible for supporting the Business Partnering & Financial Planning Manager in delivering a high quality, professional and comprehensive business partnering service to key stakeholders across the organisation. The business partnering service will include all aspects of financial performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial business planning and analysis.

Purpose –

• To assist the Business Partnering & Financial Planning Manager with producing monthly management accounts to the business which are accurate, timely and meaningful.
• To assist with the annual budget setting process, challenging all the business assumptions and to help ensure that the budget is aligned to the strategic plans and corporate priorities.
• Provide timely, accurate financial and management information to the business
• Attend regular meetings with budget holders and managers to clarify income and expenditure transactions.
• Work with the Business Partnering & Financial Planning Manager to create and develop financial and non–financial tools to interpret, analyse and explain business performance across the organisation.
• Support the provision of information to the organisation's external and internal auditors as required.
• Manage own workload and that of assigned staff to ensure that key targets are met and that effective and efficient service is provided.

Experience Required –

• CCAB Qualification, with over 1 year post qualification expertise
• Substantial experience of Development Finance
• Substantial experience of engaging with management to support and influence decision making.
• Substantial experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
• Experience of financial and budget management, managing and developing finance services with a track record of achievement
