Account Director

The Fix are currently recruiting for an Account Director (or Junior Account Director) to join their team in Windsor, Berkshire (3 days on site, 2 from home).

Do you have at least 3–4+ years experience as a senior Account Handler within the Branding OR Packaging sector?

Must haves:

We need someone who can hit the ground running – is confident in front of clients, might need internal support but happy to run and be the client lead.

• A developing ability and confidence to negotiate and voice your opinion with clients.
• A collaborative, supportive and constructive working style, which can connect at all levels within the business and externally.
• A passion for branding and design.

This is an essential role at the forefront of the business, working with clients and internal teams to help ensure smooth relationships.

We need you to effectively manage a variety of creative projects and build successful long–term client relationships with allocated clients.

As their Account Director you will show them, that you have:

• Project management experience
• An exceptional eye for detail as their Account Director
• The ability to build relationships with clients as their Account Director
• Natural communication skills and a common–sense approach married with intelligence, expertise and initiative.
• An understanding of the bigger picture and how that creates broader business opportunities as their Account Director
