Are you a commercial property solicitor looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham? This is your opportunity to join a growing Legal 100 Commercial Property team.

Your caseload will consist of a wide range of commercial property matters with a particular focus on property development work for regeneration projects in the public sector.

You will be involved in negotiating disposals, acquisitions and development agreements, preparing reports on title, advise notes and executive summaries as well as advising on freehold and leasehold transactions.

Ideally, you will be a solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE, a background in development work and an interest in public sector development. You will be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, think commercially and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
