CORPORATE ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR: Keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with between 0-5 years' experience, this is an exciting position that will involve the successful candidate becoming an integral part of strategic growth plans, whilst working closely alongside a busy and progressive team. This position will see you working on a range of deals for interesting and varied clients across the region. In order to remain in line with business needs the firm are interested to appoint a Corporate Lawyer with extensive experience of Corporate M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity deals. Working with large amounts of autonomy whilst also gaining hands-on support from an impressive Partner you will be given the chance to develop your skill-set from a technical and business development perspective. Based in the Head Office of this progressive Legal 500 firm this is a business critical need to recruit a Corporate Solicitor. Applications are sought from individuals who can demonstrate true commercial acumen and the drive to progress a career within an autonomous environment. The successful candidate will move through the internal structure with transparent promotion criteria and medium to long term will have the opportunity to gain significant career advancement. Technical competence and confidence to handle Corporate matters at a junior level is a pre-requisite for this exciting new role.
