Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Operations Director to join our team, based in Knowsley. You will be working on a full–time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications plus Company Car or Car Allowance and Benefits.

The Assistant Operations Director will support the Operations Director in the effective delivery of the strategic and operational management, delivering an excellent service to its customers and clients and creating a culture that builds positive relationships, delivers excellent performance, is profitable and is aligned with the principles and culture of the Heating & Compliance area of the Liberty Group.
Responsibilities for the Assistant Operations Director role are:
Day to day running of the region s contracts and business areas
Drive policies and procedures and coach and mentor teams
Deliver on growth of the branch working alongside the bid team for tendered works
Create opportunities with existing clients to deliver additional works across all work streams including Gas, Electric, Water Treatment and Renewable Energies
Lead all teams to deliver motivated and productive workforce
Work in collaboration with other business units to effectively deliver financial and operational performance
Meet Health and Safety and Wellbeing standards complying with ISO45001:2018
Deliver company and contractual key performance indicators
Deliver client service level agreements
Deliver contracts within financial targets
What we are looking for in our ideal Assistant Operations Director:
GCSE/ equivalent in Maths & English. Recognised First Aid qualification desirable.
IOSH and professional technical qualification, leadership & budget management qualifications desirable. Project management training (Prince2/equivalent) and
continual professional development in heating and compliance and leadership desirable. Experience gained within heating and compliance/ electrical compliance within a social housing environment are desirable.
