Business Analyst – Contact Centre
Duration – 3 Months +
Start Date – ASAP
Location – Hybrid, Manchester & Remote
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join the IS (Information systems) team. As a Business Analyst, you'll be laying the foundations for a technology–driven transformation of our customer contact centre, through the investigation, specification, and design of high–quality features and enhancements.
Main responsibilities:
- Business analysis within a project delivery team.
- Conducting complex and thorough analysis of system/operational issues.
- Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs and system requirements.
- Documenting 'As is' and 'To be' business processes and system flows.
- Working with IS stakeholders to define cost–effective and high–quality solutions which meet the business need.
- Translating business requirements into system (software) requirements.
- Creation of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, including the definition of business/system requirements.
- Provide support and input to the overall definition of the system and UAT test scripts and subsequent execution.
- Provide implementation support as and when required, including 'cutover' planning and execution, end–user training and data migration analysis activities.
- Effectively manage business stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and hold effective relationships with key people within each area of the business to enable an efficient delivery of the right solution.
- Working as the project–lead on the 'scope and define' phase of large projects
- To take a continuous improvement approach to your practices. Contribute to the review and introduction of industry best practice, tools and techniques.
- To apply the relevant management systems, procedures and policies relating to risk management, health and safety, information security and business continuity.
- To maintain confidentiality of data at all times and to follow Data Protection guidance and departmental policies and procedures.
