Our client is a leading special school in Somerset, operating over 2 sites and providing placements for students that have SEMH. The school enjoy an excellent reputation for their leadership, outreach work, relationships with external bodies & local schools as well as for their student outcomes as well.
The role will be to offer additional capacity to the schools' senior leadership team, operationally to lead & support on teaching, learning & curriculum, and also offer additional support in areas of school policies admin. The role would be based at the main school site along with the majority of the SLT & SENDCo.
