We are exclusively instructed on this outstanding opportunity. A fantastic platform awaits to play to your strengths and become part of this friendly, supportive and close-knit team. Excellent package and hybrid working arrangements on offer.

The Firm This well-managed and profitable full-service regional commercial firm is sure of step and has clarity of vision and purpose. Ambitious and confident, the firm has grown on the back of its integrity, technical quality and client focus.

Another key reason for the firm's continuing success and growth is its ability to recruit and retain talented individuals, attracted by the collegiate and supportive culture. Lawyers and staff alike have a 'can-do attitude' and take pride in working together.

The Team

This firm has a strong and highly-regarded contentious property practice. It is a genuine "team", which operates with a positive collective spirit. The management style is transparent, open and non-hierarchical - something which translates across the whole firm.

The department operates on an advisory "business partnering" basis with clients ranging from OMBs through to household name £multi-million international companies, in a variety of sectors.

The Role & You

An experienced property litigator, you will have a strong track record of dealing in particular with commercial landlord and tenant matters, including 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations claims and enforcement of lease covenants.

A team player who enjoys building rewarding relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be self-motivated and commercially aware. You will be keen to:
  • broaden and hone your skills and experience;
  • take on more responsibility; and
  • play a key part in the development of the Department
You will be well-supported. Plenty of client-facing contact is also a given in this role where an ability to give practical, hands-on advice is important.
