Project Manager

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work with our Client in Spalding. Our Client is a reputable Main Contractor, with a number of Regional Offices throughout the UK and works in sectors including Education and Health, Commercial and Fit out.

The current project, based in Spalding is both a New Build Hospital and a refurbishment. The role will be to Lead a 17M healthcare project. Previous experience of working for a tier one contractor and Healthcare new build and refurbishment work is essential.

As Project Manager you will be an integral part of the project team and should hold a good construction management background. You will need to be an effective communicator with excellent people management skills. Being a team motivator with good delegation skills and a strong commercial awareness to ensure projects are built safely and economically to the agreed timescales and quality standards.
